I had meant to pick up Skyrim a while ago but wouldn't have had the time to play it, now i can get it with the legendary edition. What version should I play for modding? Legendary Edition is just Skyrim with all DLCs (Dragonborn, Dawnguard and Hearthfire.)

So what happened is I just bought the skyrim legendary edition, but then i realized they made the special edition and it looks so much better and i love the changes in effects and lighting and realism it claims to have. Sure, there is a lot of improvement that were made with the special edition, but most of those are mods that already exist for the legendary edition.
